Tasmanian ship’s captain Madeleine Habib has been detained after the boat The Conscience was intercepted in international waters off the coast of Gaza in recent hours.

I would actually expect the Aust govt to do its job. After all, it was Israel who kidnapped them in International waters, breaking long held maritime law. Why are “Leaders” not supporting international law anymore. I think that is the question.

Independent Senator David Pocock and Labor's Penny Wong clashed in Senate estimates yesterday over whether the Parliamentary Sports Club could be considered a lobby group, as reported in Crikey last week.
