This is Sharpless 190, best known as the Heart Nebula, and including the IC 1805 or Melotte 15 cluster center, and IC 1795 region known as the Fish Head nebula, lower right. It lies 2.3 Kpc away in the Perseus arm of our galaxy, appearing in the constellation of Cassiopeia.
