Ya know, with all the uproar about Medicare (age appropriate, meds, doctors, etc), why would a person be penalized for NOT signing up for a drug plan (Part D) when that said person IS NOT ON ANY DRUGS?? This said person has been health conscious before it was a thing. It has paid off, except. Smh.
