This means that you can also visit family! You can plan a big family gathering for Winterfest, use the schedule to set activities (and change this during the getaway too so it's not repetitive), and the sims you are visiting won't kick you out for taking care of your needs. This is so powerful!

My god @cinderellimouse.bsky.social is such a big brain 😭 You can use the Getaway system to visit a haunted house, add a role for ghosts to use evil ghost mastery, and play with both Paranormal and L&D without having to live there! This is so good! 😭😭

So this is sort of cool. Playing Fen and his partner asked him about his childhood (as, of course, Fen was a child long before this new EP came out). Then he got to choose a formative moment! He took explorer although it was a tough choice.

My biggest desire in the Sims 4 is to have NPC management in the game settings... Being able to turn off random townies from spawning, and having the game use my own made over townies instead. That's the dream. Plus keeping sims in their own worlds too. I need this so much...

It's funny TS4 lets us micromanage everything except...the save management itself. I wish there was an option for the game to just STOP: stop generating townies, stop moving sims around, etc. I'm honestly scared of hitting play after prepping a save because I know things will start deteriorating

I know me and at least one other player who are having issues with skin details being removed if you apply makeup sometimes. Anyone else having that issue? It's super annoying.

Another thing that really needs rework in TS4 is to streamline systems that are currently overlapping weirdly. I wish:
- Lifestyles should be base game and updated
- Traits need an overhaul: move "hobby" traits to preferences and lifestyles traits to lifestyles
- Add more actual personality traits

MCCC and BE are Mods, leaving them in your Mods folder means your game is modded and is not vanilla. Don’t waste your time, don’t waste our time, don’t waste EA’s time. And don’t lie about it. Too many people lie about removing their Mods, it’s baffling. #TheSims4

Could NOT agree more! Let’s all be responsible! It’s sad but true, that we have to be the drivers of which issues / bugs get fixed by the team. It’s in our hands and we just slow everything down if we refuse to test mod free and YES! That means even updated mods! Test yr issues mod free FIRST!

Test first on a new save that never had ANY mods.
Remove the mod folder before adding the new pack!
Then delete localthumbcache
Make a new save, test the pack features.
Then play vanilla or wait for mods to be updated.
NOTE: Mods can also have bugs! Even if they are updated !
