Perfectly example is what is going on with Arizona Representative elect Adelita Grijalva. Elected with a two-to-one margin and yet Mike Johnson can just shrug and not swear her in. Same thing with every election going forward. Maybe it sorts out, but right now....

This is probably the end of freedom of speech and expression in the US.

Burning a flag is inciting a riot. Insulting Trump or a Republican is inciting a riot. Ditto blasphemy or being trans in public. Every action becomes a federal felony if the DOJ doesn't like it.
