I'm all about re-releases, but they all one thing in common that I wish they'd change. Anyone who's followed me for awhile knows I'm a repeating record.
I just wish they would sell with beveled/tapered PCB's. I bought a couple Game Genies to help preserve my console's cartridge slot.

What originally prompted me to spend months researching how Sega consoles and games were sold in Italy in the 80s/90s was the fact that I kept seeing people adopting "US memories", remembering things that never happened (like Sega vs. Nintendo ads).

Decided to try to do some research on this game engine/code base and from what I can tell, it's probably all David Foley's work and possibly has origins as far back as Spider-Man vs. The Kingpin, but I suspect it didn't begin to really form up until Chakan.
I love this kind of weird stuff. Note the internal ROM name. If you press the start button you get taken to a tweak/debug menu that paging through reveals this demo is built on the same game engine that Headgames used to build a few of their games (X-Men 2, Taz-Mania 2). See alt text.
