fun fact: locals are getting driven out of the cities and even the fucking countries in southern europe. because they can't afford the housing prices that digital nomads (with much higher US salaries) keep buying without a second thought about what it means for anyone else
If you want to do something like this, why not buy a $150k home in a small town in Italy, France, Spain, or Mexico, instead of having nine people share one bathroom after they eat at a restaurant called "Stinky's?"
