Electric bicycles, and shared electric bicycles in particular, are a revolutionary transportation technology. Forward-looking cities should be building out the infrastructure necessary to make cycling safe and convenient for everyone who wants to do it.

i recently got a great deal on a barely used folding ebike and i have to say it has revolutionized my train travel. i can get from my front door to the amtrak station in a little less than 5 minutes!!!

We visited the Gilette Children’s Adaptive Recreation Expo in St. Paul today and were SO excited to see all of the adaptive bikes up close.

There truly is a bike out there for almost everyone.

You can haul a lot on a regular bike with a front basket, rear rack, panniers, etc... but pumpkin-hauling is a situation where I'm glad to have a cargo bike.

Laura's Bunch bike is parked a playground near sunset time. Her kids play in the background. The front door of the bike is open. Two pumpkins sit one atop the other inside the cargo area, along with helmets and a blanket.

You can fit a ridiculous number of pumpkins on a cargo bike 🎃

This rules so hard. It's been a longstanding conviction of mine that the best way to convince people to replace car trips with ebike trips is by letting them try out an ebike for free.
