Župani govorijo o pravicah, ko beseda steče o dolžnostih, se pa skrijejo.
Z odprtimi dlanmi prihajajo v LJ in jokajo, kako so občine brez denarja, ko denar dobijo, pa ponikne v slovenske zastave v krožiščih in občinske pogodbe z bratrancem. Občani pa lačni.
