Once, when I worked in the bookshop, i was asked for a book with the “fancy writing that monks do” in it. When i pressed the woman for more information (such as a title) she informed me that she had seen the book in a dream, and woke up before she could find out the title.

Had an interview today, which went pretty well, just found out I didn’t get it as another candidate spoke another language and this was what tipped the scale. There was no mention at any point of that as a requirement in the interview or job description. I am somewhat put out*
