Every day, I remind myself that I'm as young as I'll ever be. I don't waste time thinking about what "could have been." Whatever it is...it wasn't. I focus on the fact that I've got as much spring in my step as I'm ever going to have...and I milk it for every damn drop I can get.

I don’t know (I have a guess) the goal of this announcement but my heart goes out to every mama who is sitting at home self blaming right now because I’ve walked that path of self doubt with my patients and it’s an enormous weight already.
