Three kids ages 8, 9 and 14 were killed in a mass shooting in CA early last night. A 21 yr old was also killed and 11 others were shot and are in the hospital, many of them apparently children.
You may not have heard much about it because it seems gang related and the kids weren’t the right race.

Just watched Zootopia 2. It had a lot to live up to since the original is in my top 10 films. It made my greymuzzle heart sing, so fantastic! So many Easter eggs, in jokes and cameos. My kids are groaning because I’m going around fist bumping and saying “Zee-bros!” #zootopia #furries

Folks, before you jump on the train of “Lowe’s gets my money not Home Depot”, do a little research. Lowe’s latest DEI about face is a money grab countering backlash against HD. They dialed back diversity initiatives when it comes to LGBTQ+. Billionaire owned Menard’s isn’t much better.

Don’t spread this around, because then the tech companies will put software time bombs in everything to brick it and force you to buy a new phone/tablet/laptop every couple of years. Planned obsolescence is already a sham of the highest order. We’re not buying gadgets because we’re fucking broke.
I held on to a laptop for 11 years and only just replaced it this year with a used one for under $400.
There's been no appreciable gain in having faster phones, and Windows 11 isn't much more demanding than Windows 10.
Prices go up, but there's no commensurate gain.

I’m surprised more people aren’t talking about Trump’s plan to reduce the monthly cost of homeownership…with 50 year mortgages. It’s buying a house on the Rent-A-Center plan. That $400,000 house will cost you over a million, but you’ll be dead anyway so your heirs will be stuck with the mortgage.

Had people say to me it's a waste to own physical media multiple times now, they'll all be in a landfill eventually.
I sincerely hope everyone saying pirates eveything cause I can't imagine the hellscape of only relying on currently streaming shows or only playing old games with current re-releases
