i thiiink that's just what they call the part until you are definitively in One route group that cant still break off into a different route at some point. (though also idr if they actually tell you a route name until you finish an ending on it)

rot13 is a simple cipher that just rotates letters to their opposite space in the english alphabet (13 characters away, so it decodes the same whether you go forward or backward). its a spoiler courtesy measure for posting in places that dont have text-hiding functionality
