My ADHD paralysis has been so bad the past few days I literally cannot function without some kind of dopamine hit. A little video, music, sugar, caffeine, and god I'm SO lonely. Everyone is busy and I SHOULD be busy but god. Nothing is worse than this insatiable itch in my head.

Idc what anyone says I love winter. I love that it's dark and quiet and cold. I love that I don't need blackout curtains to get a good night's sleep and I love not waking up sweaty. I love wearing layers and feeling modest and protected by bulky clothes. I love the solitude. I can finally relax
