After a 'Stable' November, when I dared to believe that I was possibly 'getting better' a resurging dental infection has thrown my bodily systems and they are currently imbalanced.

But Heartrate Variability (HRV) data are useful in helping me to develop a better understanding of my health.

3. In many countries, politics and the institutionalisation of anti-vax and pro-infection ideologies are actually encouraging this outcome. This is, to the best of my knowledge, unprecedented in human history: Humanity being overtly on the side of the virus, basically.

2. Simultaneously, the immune dysregulation effect of infection will continue to create opportunities for other pathogens to infect, disable, and kill. One of those pathogens might well start the next pandemic.

1. Sometimes, the absurdity of the situation we're all in just hits me. Going forward, ongoing and continuous transmission of SARS-CoV-2 will lead to an ever-increasing percentage of the global population developing chronic illnesses due to sequelae of infection.

Chatted to my great uncle yesterday – a northern, working-class guy, not that political. I told him my job involved exposing Farage.

His first question was: “who funds him?”

Investigations into Farage’s donors can have a major impact on Reform’s support – as this research has already shown 👇

Casual reminder that the myth of “pulling yourself up by your bootstraps” is a cruel hoax designed to convince poor people from all walks of life that the injustices they face are a result of their own actions, rather than an oppressive system rigged against them.

Polio is a devastating disease and Salk’s work developing a free vaccine should never be forgotten.
Seventy years ago, Jonas Salk and his team worked in a lab between a morgue and a darkroom to develop the world’s first successful polio vaccine.

A filmmaker who made a documentary on Salk’s work explains why forgetting life before vaccines has real consequences: buff.ly/VYpqOy4

The world risks forgetting one of humanity’s greatest triumphs as polio nears global eradication − 70 years after Jonas Salk developed the vaccine in a Pittsburgh lab
Polio may finally be defeated in the next 5 years. Will the world recognize what an extraordinary achievement that is?

They may be eligible if they meet location, age or disability criteria which apply to all Londoners. There’s no special provision for asylum seekers.

A key component of analysis is the distillation of complex situations to the fundamental concepts that underpin them. I never, ever thought in 2020 that the simple concept of, 'I don't want to get infected with a novel virus' would be warped from common sense to a rebellious act.

SARS-CoV-2 is so dangerous precisely because of its insidious nature. Its propensity to continually re-infect. The superficial similarity of the symptoms it causes to those of other common viruses. The unseen risk of sequelae. That wretched molecular shark tricks almost everyone.
