This will be the year I train up to do some proper pull ups
And in an effort to avoid spending $100 on a squat rack (with pull up bar) from walmart, and as an upgrade from my previous bar

I think the fundamental gap here is that non-creative people think that creative people make things for the end product, when in fact it’s the act of creation and not the end point that makes it worthwhile.

Went to an airsoft event my buddy runs and it was a lot of fun. Played every game and was out the whole time. No regrets, but definitely need to work on my overall fitness cause i almost needed my inhaler a few times and today my legs are absolutely gassed
