#perimenopause symptoms. There are so many not on this list like sudden driving anxiety for no reason. The worst is waking up at an ungodly hour and just being awake for the rest of the day which causes a person to snap and become even more irritable. The irritation is palpable 👹

This year has been hell but I learned so much. Estrogen plays a large role in managing inflammatory response in the body so during perimenopause as estrogen starts to fluctuate many women experience wide spread joint pain including a truly horrible condition called frozen shoulder #frozenshoulder

I live in a city with a major military presence which is definitely a target and you can hear jet fighters on the regular here and it’s nothing new to see and hear but tonight the energy is OFF. I go outside to walk my dog - flashes in the sky, popping noises, maybe it’s 4th of July stuff but WTH

3 years ago a few people i considered friends reacted in a way to something that didn’t sit right right with my spirit and ever since then I’ve never felt the same about them. I’d never cut them off but it’ll never be like it was before. 💔 I can’t forget it and the feeling lingers limply in the air.
