Today, Nancy Mace introduced a resolution to the House rules package that would ban trans women from using women's restrooms in the U.S. Capitol. This is being done as Sarah McBride is set to become the first openly-trans Member of Congress.
It remains very unclear how this rule would be enforced.

Can Bluesky be a special different world where RFK Jr simply does not exist?
Our humanity begs community of us. Humans do not do well when we our isolated from one another. My beliefs in the goodness of people are rooted in my studies of human behavior — we want to be liked and cherished and loved and cared for.

I believe that we owe our community to one another because of my spirituality and personal religious commitments, but be clear that my intentions are never to push my faith onto anyone. I do not need a religion to convince me to try my best at being a good person.

This should go without saying, but I am a deeply spiritual and empathetic person. My desire to learn is to lift up the voices of people who have been silenced— to understand and to walk with.

I am deeply interested in seeing Arkansas become a state where the politics reflect the love that people show to each other in their communities. I want to see Arkansas living out the values that maintain the dignity of all peoples.
