Obviously, as the name implies, the nut-cracker punches you in the liver - causing a compression of the left renal vein between the abdominal aorta and superior mesenteric artery (also known as nutcracker syndrome, or NCS.)
For Christmas, we have replaced SCP-106's femur-breaker with the festive and seasonally-appropriate nut-cracker.
