I’ll be good by the weekend.
It is a pretty huge challenge turning the cold civil war in the US into a hot one, which is pretty clearly what this administration is trying to do now. A hot civil war will give them the pretext to a lot of illegal things to maintain power.
Q: "Do you believe that deadly force was necessary?"

Trump: "It was highly disrespectful of law enforcement. The woman and her friend were highly disrespectful of law enforcement…Law enforcement should not be in a position where they have to put up with this stuff."

‘What is Nico Harrison going to do for a living?’ is something we are all secretly thinking.

Ja is going to look great later in the season and we will all think he’s back, but it’s really that the aging process is such that he can’t be consistently great and looks pretty bad sometimes.

Iisalo’s offensive philosophy may have had a chance if not for all the injuries. I agree with him that intensity is undervalued commodity in today’s game.

Ja playing like he is physically limited but we should probably just be happy he’s playing

FWIW, I thought Kleiman’s ‘dawg’ talk was him subtweeting that he didn’t want to keep Santi.

Have to say that this piece from David Thorpe on Cedric Coward is pretty incredible. The guy shot 72 percent on twos in 72 college games!! That is absolutely insane. Great length, versatility, plenty of athleticism, good character, I dunno, I get it.

While the Grizzlies took in less actual salary in the trade with the Magic, they added to the cap/tax because they took on the 16th overall pick ($4.4M).

Now, without making another move, Memphis can create a maximum of $4.5M in cap space to potentially renegotiate-and-extend Jaren Jackson Jr.

Trading Bane was the only way to reset the trajectory of the team. Which was needed.

Great deal for Memphis. Overpay for Orlando, though they were in a position to do so. Worry more about the opportunity cost for them because Bane is more of a secondary creator and they still lack a true drink-stirrer.
