Maybe it’s just the Humanities professor in me, but let it be noted that events of today (ahem) have demonstrated the value of being able to assess a large volume of qualitative data and do careful textual analysis with deep attention to context.

Academia is A JOB (art can also be one of course don't just intentionally miss my point).
We should continue fighting for a departmental system with real job opportunities away from the German feudal Lehrstuhl system.
No to the individualization of solutions and yes for better work conditions.
