Much bigger than education, too! Brown v. Bd was about racial segregation in schools but applies to formal racial segregation everywhere, far beyond schools—just like nixing affirmative action applies far beyond college admissions.

Mark my words: Republicans WILL reinstate formal racial segregation. It’ll take a few yrs for the necessary cases to ripen and be decided but ultimately our extremist, openly corrupt Supreme Court WILL reverse the case (Brown v. Board) that declared “separate but equal” inherently unconstitutional.
