SIMON: I don't think Al can remotely challenge what writers do at a fundamentally creative level.
SHAPIRO: But if you're trying to transition from scene five to scene six, and you're stuck with that transition, you could imagine plugging that portion of the script into an Al and say, give me 10 ideas for how to transition this.

So personal experience / anecdotal evidence (especially n=1) isn't helpful and me saying that I found the effects to not be a million miles apart isn't gonna sway the point.

My experience that the names are interchangeable obv isn't the consensus so I'm taking the L and getting on with the night ✌🏻

1. Migrants ALREADY HAVE biometric ID cards & govts have been trying to digitise them for years w repeated fuckups & failures causing complete chaos - they don’t work, you do not want that system for you.

2. Countries that have ID cards - like the whole of Europe - still have the same irregular migration problem (you may have heard!!!)

& in fact the UK has the lowest share of its economy estimated as irregular economy in Europe so if it fixes the issue WHY DIDNT IT FIX IT THERE?

Why should sex work be decriminalized?

Criminalizing sex work criminalizes an already marginalized population of POC's, femmes, queer folks, immigrants and disabled folks. Arresting us guarantees we catch a criminal record and further reduces our chances of doing "socially acceptable" work.

Maya Angelou said, there are many ways to prostitute oneself. She made the remark during an interview after a host brought up the fact that she had been an SW as a young woman. Angelou probably noted that all workers are compelled to sell their bodies in some way.
