Desperate for revenge - and with nothing to go on - the FSU has declared an injunction and used its media connections to make libellous accusations, putting an innocent trans person in danger while interfering with an ongoing legal process.

The lady at the registry office was lovely and didn’t ask for any of the things she could have given I’m visibly trans, it could easily have gone the other way though.
I don’t know all the ins and outs of the case above but just feels like raw discrimination that wouldn’t happen to a cis man

For reference I’m a trans woman and I’m the “parent” on my daughters birth certificate, this was possible because I have a GRC and because we went through an HFEA clinic but I was still ready for a fight at the registry office, had studied my rights and had a specialist lawyer waiting.
