I've seen losers trying to downplay the positive effect of the Gov shutdown for w/e reason.
"ICE is paid for already" is the big one
That isn't true. It's budgeted for, and it's an extremely expensive operation they need all that money for to push new hiring.
It has to be rationed now. Thats good.
