Remember to call your state govt reps too- right now, Ohio is gearing up to attack its libraries. And ironically, some of these people use free public library meeting rooms to push their anti library agenda. But the library welcomes anyone to use its resources. That's why we are so important.

I've tried calling my senators multiple times, always getting their voicemail, and never getting a call back. And apparently, I'm not alone.

Woke up angry. Rage-called all my representatives, asking what they are doing to act as the checks and balances against a tyrannical government. Now I'm listening to Murderbot book 2 by @marthawells.com to soothe my soul.

There is a belief that the Nazis were a monolith of anti-Semitic, war-happy clones of Hitler. In reality they were an alliance of groups of anti-Semites, racists, nationalists, militarists, corporatists, all of whom saw something in Hitler they could get behind. They were not all the same.
Bizarre that someone who admits Elon holds far-right beliefs, openly courts Nazis and deliberately did the salute still insists that he's not *technically* a Nazi. What does the distinction even mean at this point?
“Bottom line: Elon is not a Nazi but he did give two Nazi salutes… to appeal to the far-right wing of MAGA, to undermine Bannon.”
