do what you say you’re going to do, especially small things.

encourage yourself out loud AS you’re doing things, especially hard things.

smile at yourself when you pass mirrors in your home.

learn any new things. acquiring knowledge helps a LOT.

Be extra and be obsessed about improving your self esteem. It will probably feel corny but that’s because you’re used to feeling down. You have to be extreme in the opposite direction. This video explains why
