(I just had my classic “creme fraiche spread/dip with smoked salmon on crackers” dinner with them, which is my fave summer meal besides soba noodles; it’s creme fraiche, mayo, mustard, lemon zest/juice, celery salt, capers, dill, chives & some finely chopped crunchy veg eg celery, pickles, radishes)

Like, it is a headstraps so my ears are okay, but it crushes my cheekbones & I always have marks on my face when I take it off, plus the colour always makes people give me more alarmed looks than a black or white one, I think it looks more clinical than a standard one

(Not many younger people can get it free in Australia; I think you have to be over 65, over 50 if you’re indigenous or an immunocompromised adult, but if you get offered you defs should take it, because everyone I know who’s had shingles has said it’s one of the worst things they’ve experienced)
