Northern BC has no bus or functioning train (VIA rail is limited & ++ unpredictable long delays). We cannot reliably get to any town for appointments or day2day needs. I just took the train from Montreal to Ottawa, it was cheap, effective & fast enough. Why not start where the gaps are?

And if I might add the children whose future this MOU would directly impact were also left out if the conversation. They should absolutely have a say in any agreement that will seriously impact them.
Shame on the grownups who didn't even think to ask the kids to be part of the conversation!

Tell me exactly how we can demand this? We are working overtime to recall the corrupt UC,they just change the rules. Who do we turn to, who has our backs NOW not in 5 years, who is their boss? Us? And the only thing we have is recalls or wait 4 years? Can we file a citizens law suit?

How is this “conservative” in any way???: destroying a functional system, replacing it with a byzantine bureaucracy, and then hiding the evidence of the disaster they created! They are putting politics ahead of patient safety.
