Everything that’s happened over the past six months has been a response to an imaginary crisis. There is no immigrant invasion. No trade crisis. No scientific or governance crisis. Just people completely high off their own supply trying to fundamentally reorder society. None of this had to happen.

One of these days we're gonna have to reckon with the fact that "money that I spend which does not directly benefit me is a waste" is a popular sentiment.
I think we should state plainly that this is selfish on its face.

If what #Trump is doing is a surprise to his supporters (how is it not- we’re all privy to the public discourse and I never heard discussion of any of it), how is this not seen as egregious #paternalism or the actions of an unacceptable nanny state which Repubs/Cons have always been against?

I just got started on the platform and am curious about how to distinguish between actual people who are public figures and accounts created in their names (i.e. former President Obama, etc.)?
