my point isn't (merely) doom; my point is that the plaintiffs and lawyers and anybody else opposing the administration needs to be realistic and understand where this is actually going because SCOTUS has almost literally told us that they aren't a co-equal branch against this man

we turned back the clocks 2 weeks ago and since then NL has had a windstorm, a rain+snow+slush night where I had to clean off the car the next morning, & 2 rainstorms -- wind & tide advisories
it's like the weather said, OK, everybody out of the pool, time to start NL's 8-month weather season again

all I’m gonna say is that I am a life-long slightly edgy poster and I’ve never caught a suspension or a ban anywhere - because it is in fact quite easy to avoid crossing the “this joke could possibly be construed as a violent threat” line on social media
