Machine learning has been used for years to ensure a human does not have to be flooded with heinous imagery.

I only had to moderate CSAM once back when I did community management and it fucked me up for ages.

reading between the lines, most of these accounts will jump on literally any dog piling wagon and have done so since day 1. One of their leaders was posting fake Bluesky app screenshots, claiming they were real.
