Jo, det är det ju förstås… I detta fall, precis som med dagens närmast sadistiska självskadebeteende så handlar det förmodligen om sunken costs - det regeringen har investerat så mycket i en berättelse att kostnaderna för att avvika från det skulle bli för stora
