Truly incredible how 90% of being a grownup is holding your tongue when lunatics and dipshits in your orbit are setting themselves and their surroundings on fire in a tantrum. The other 10% is resupply trips to the store or gas station when it's night and you're tired but need it for the next day.

my husband @kalebhorton.bsky.social hated the phrase “passed away” and had nothing but scorn for softening euphemisms in general. he was a firm believer in the comedy rule of threes, but only if the third thing can hit as a surprise. and he just died
