Think about how crazy "warrant for arrest" is as a negotiating point.
That is supposed to be guaranteed by the hundreds of years of courts' interpretation of the constitutional freedoms already.

The point is to evacuate language totally of its ability to hold meaning & thus to eviscerate our ability to make meaning together. It's not supposed to convince you but to silence us AND stop us listening to each other. In BAD LANGUAGE I call this anti-semism, an enmity to meaning-making.

It appears he was zip-tied when murdered. It also sounds like the agents (CBP) saw quickly this was an unjustified shooting. The shooter should be charged—but remember that statements by Bovino and Miller on quotas and immunity, and Noem cutting training by 60%, helped produce this nightmare.

Reminder: All it would take to end the murder of American citizens by an untrained government goon squad is 16 Republicans in Congress voting with Dems to defund ICE (or 23 to impeach and remove Trump — 3 in House & 20 in Senate). That’s it. 23 Americans can vote for the public and end all of this.

What I am watching, witnessing is NOT what or how I was trained in what is called 'The progression of force'.
