Define "centrist." Also if that means we get more Cuellars and Goldens and Manchins in the future then maybe we all deserve better.

To be clear, we were thousands of regular folks at an entirely non-violent march that passed by the ICE building. They let loose chemical agents on families with little children. Elderly in wheelchairs. For no reason. The cruelty was the point. Attempting to provoke a riot was the point.
ICE just tear-gassed the shit out of the entirely peaceful union protest here in Portland. Children. Elderly. Thousands of people exercising our First Amendment rights.
