Currently, here (just down the road from The Bull and Archersland) it’s 6 sessions with a counsellor, (not therapist), largely focussed on CBT using clip art laden worksheets.
CBT is the only talking based therapy approved by NICE .
They’ll need money.

Labour painted itself into a corner with its stupid red lines. It is time to break those lines and take on Reform by actually talking about rejoining the EU via a new customs union and single market deal. Then get all the anti-Right parties to start piling the pressure on Farage's rabble too.
