I got it as a kit in decades old shrink wrap and am marking off the paper pattern with a highlighter. I normally use fancier digital tools like Saga (or at minimum have patterns as PDFs) so this feels refreshingly old school, like I'm honoring a connection to tradition.

It's so annoying to me that "the left" so often ends up in places where the people in charge clearly hate us. The bluesky people are embarassed of being the place where trans people and leftists ended up. The dems, the party of the left, clearly hate being the party of gays, browns, and hippies.

Awful and dangerous to hear the Mayor echo the transphobic bigotry coming from the Trump administration. It's completely at odds with the values of our city and another reason why his single, disgraced term in office cannot end soon enough.
