If Bills like KOSA or the equivalents at the state level or in Europe or wherever else come to pass, most of the pornographic content you enjoy (however our ancient conservative politicians decide to define that) will just stop existing. it wont be more difficult to find, it just wont be there.

One of the problem with the sentiments of going underground is like, yeah some people might but most people wont. Most of the people you follow online who create the NSFW content you enjoy, be it drawing or writing or photography, are barely getting by as it is if they do it full time.

Let me give some insight on this, as a producer in the dub industry who worked with major streamers, who's witnessed first-hand where this push for AI is coming from.
