I guess when you have to release a new deluxe edition of every album every 5-10 years, you don’t have much of a choice in not releasing every song you’ve ever even thought of playing.

Then appearing, and this high, might be the surprise of the countdown for me.

It was on Market, right by the terminal, that was supposedly a day bar. It was shut down because of so many fights and cops needing to be called.

I think I mostly care because, aside from this being the first Countdown I actually submitted songs for, I know there are songs impacted by that rule that weren't submitted, or not submitted as much.

One aspect of this countdown I'm excited to see play out: which *song writers* appear the most. I'm sure Willie will be up there, along with Tom Waits, though since it's XPN, Dylan will be over represented.
