Another twitter exile - it was good in 2006 😊
Musician, foodie, web designer, love Spain 🇪🇸
With some adjika on the potatoes for extra Georgian goodness. What a bloody treat this is!

The (not so) secret ingredient!
Along with an obscene amount of garlic and a large handful of walnuts. It smells amazing already 😋

Even the pigeons are completely fucked off this morning. Can I just hibernate until the end of January, please?

Tree up with Molly's help, and we've just watched a bizarre Finnish Christmas horror film!

I also made a very decent vegan Bailey's, as Molly is lactose intolerant. (And tbvh I find it too sweet and a bit cloying, so my version is a little more boozy and grown up!)

A very large bowl of salad with some garlic bread, cos A) I can't be bothered to cook, and B) I find myself craving something light and healthy.

(Although I'll probably chuck a load of pomegranate molasses over it at some point 😂)

Definitely need to get this Jesus Pint Dinosaur tank top before the Xmas party season really kicks in 😂

Glasgow, the pedestrian suspension bridge across the river Clyde.

Et voila! Bloody tasty, if I say so myself 😋

Another fantastic supper at Infusion, by the football ground. Tripe, chilli beef, beans, duck blood, mushrooms, and a fish soup I didn't get a photo of. Confirming its place as one of my favourite restaurants in town. #newcastle #sechuan #food

As we roll into the last month of @alfredorfz Sevilla tapas bar calendar, I can report that he's done a new one for 2026 - and of course this means I'll have to go back to Sevilla in January to collect it 😆

November done and dusted as we turn another page on the @lessons.research robot calendar. Only three and a bit weeks to Christmas and before you know it, another year will be over.

Connoisseurs of good beer won't need any explanations. Armagnac barrel aged Thomas Hardy Ale on cask at the Free Trade Inn - an 11.5% boozy treat to kick off the weekend

Despite the miserable grey winter weather, I felt in need of a nice healthy salad. Feta, pomegranate, walnuts and load of chopped veg, with a balsamic dressing. Just grilling some lemony chicken skewers, and I shall pretend I'm on a Mediterranean island somewhere 😀🌞

I'm too hungry to plate this up tidily, but it's a flavour bomb. Meatballs with gochujang sauce, chilli & sesame noodles, and a dollop of homemade kimchi in the middle. Oof!

Take a walk down the river towards the old shipyards, it's fascinating, and see the army of scrap robots! There's a really nice wine bar in an old warehouse too.

You must wander round the estate with the gigantic murals! It's on the way to Sopot on the tram - Sopot is a lovely seaside town with a huge pier and sandy beaches right on the Baltic.

Linguine with pan fried salmon and a quick sauce of Mediterranean vegetables sweated off in good olive oil, finished with creme fraiche, herbs and smoked chipotle flakes. Not my most Instagramable dish ever, but not bad for 20 minutes in the kitchen 🤤

I'm just going to keep dropping the odd Brussels photo in, as we were too busy to be on social media while we were there. Fabulous staircase in the Atomium here. 🇧🇪🇧🇪🇧🇪

I was just in De La Senne in Brussels on Saturday, also a great taproom. And a variety of beers from IPA, Saison and Porter, to this Bretted sour which was as funky as f***!

Historic town house in Brussels, Belgium. It was designed by the architect, painter, and designer Paul Cauchie and built in 1905, in Art Nouveau style. Its façade is remarkable for its allegorical sgraffito decoration. 🇧🇪🇧🇪🇧🇪

These are good too - freeze dried fruits. Healthy, no added sugar or gunk, and no waste. Have a nice crunch about them, but I'll mix them with whatever fresh fruit I have in.

Good morning Belgium, you little beauty 🇧🇪
I'd almost forgotten how much I love this place!

Brussels bound for a weekend of eating and drinking with a best friend. Get in! 🇧🇪🇧🇪🇧🇪
