Aside from the piscina and the historic velodrome, I gather there's not a lot to see. But Lille is definitely on my radar - if only we lived a bit closer to the Eurostar, I'd have been by now!

I found a 7 year old jar of tahini at the back of the pantry, and there's nothing wrong with it. I hate waste - if it smells ok, it's not going to kill you 😀

Of course, you need to take some time over plating up. Arrange things nicely to give a contrast of colours, shapes and textures. Wipe away any splashes, and use a neutral background so your plate/bowl jumps out of the picture. It's easy with a bit of practice 😀
