They're using the confinement box, one of the most horrific methods of CIA torture in the post-9/11 black sites, against migrants now. This is the direct result of the lack of consequences for the architects of the torture program. Either there will be criminal penalties for this or it will expand.

Terrorism has no black and white definition, but it does include an element that the goal exceeds personal gain. Narco traffickers are only in it for personal gain. There’s no such thing as a “narco terrorist”. Few would support the military killing narco traffickers, so a new word needed invented.

My constituent, Wilmer, was mauled by an ICE attack dog despite the fact that, as he has consistently explained, he was not resisting arrest or trying to flee—his wife and young children, all U.S. citizens, were forced to watch helplessly as Wilmer was violently attacked and dragged away.
