"Content" is a blatantly misleading term to use for fanworks. Fanworks are the antithesis of content; content is produced for individual gain and consuming, whereas fanworks are created out of inspiration and the communal experience.

The sad thing about social times is mum gets really really docile about stuff that would normally drive her nuts, and she doesn't really tell my brothers. And then the second they're both out of the house she gets ultra miserable and fixated on putting every single bit of clutter away

Really missing a hidden roles card game I used to play with friends that sadly had some pretty racist undertones, so I'm thinking of yoinking the rules and making my own game with them

For such a neurodivergent family, we sure don't have a lot of awareness around sensory overload or accommodations oop
I feel bad about spending most of my time locked up in my room today but I know it'd get worse if I didn't, so it's a victory that the overwhelm didn't turn into a panic attack :')
