I’m almost 32, and I usually feel 28ish — but I’ve been blaming it on losing a few years to the pandemic.
My fav question to ask people is "how old are you in your head?" bc it always yields an interesting follow-up.
I'm 35. I think about this fact a lot, and yet I typically feel 25-30 in my head.
This is so strange to me.
