Happy Sunday peeps!
Classic English breakfast. Wholemeal toast with a fat free fried egg (soft golden yolk) decorated with cress. There is an air fried sausage and a rasher of bacon. Air fried button mushrooms tossed in extra virgin oil, salt, black pepper and smoked garlic granules. Three half tomatoes, air fried with and dressed in extra virgin oil and aged balsamic vinegar. To add fibre and reduce blood sugar spikes there is also watercress dressed in extra virgin oil and balsamic vinegar. I love Sundays! ❤️

Hey birdsky! 🦉Some pics of the beautiful Crow residents, getting ready to build their spring nests. The Crow with a twig was cawwing at their mate....who was busily fighting a Buzzard mid air 😅😂
