Perry just handed a draft of her order to both sides and left the bench. She's letting them look at it until she returns.

We still don't know the details of her order. She said she's granting the state's request "in part," which indicates some part of it is also being denied. Stay tuned.

So Dominion was bought by Liberty Vote which is run by Scott Leiendecker who was the Republican director of the Saint Louis City Board of Elections. I knew Scott at the time and they did some good work on making the agency actually work. He did work under Ed Martin and Scott is very conservative.

Perry cites other fed prosecutions/lawsuits in Chicago and says "in the last 48 hours, in four separate unrelated legal decision from different neutral parties, they all cast significant doubt on DHS' credibility and assessment of what is happening on the streets of Chicago."

The forum here is a music recording, in particular a rap “diss track,” with accompanying video and album art. Diss tracks are much more akin to forums like YouTube and X, which “encourag[e] a freewheeling, anything-goes writing style,” than journalistic reporting. Sandals Resorts, 86 A.D.3d at 43 (quotation marks omitted).
