D66 en CDA accepteren de blokkadepolitiek van de VVD versus GroenLinks-PvdA als een ‘politieke realiteit’. Dat betekent een kabinet op smalle grond in tijden waarin de machtspolitiek van de grote mogendheden de democratie onder zware druk zet. De VVD laat meer dan alleen Links in de steek.

Rutte simply does not distinguish between truth and lies. This is how he governed my country for over a decade. Immensely damaging in the long run but expedient for his own political survival. He seems to be following the same playbook at NATO now. It is disastrous.
For who's benefit does he keep lying so blatantly, exactly? Do people who believe this even exist any more at this point, beyond the demented and those cut off from a year's worth of news? I struggle to see anything other than someone who's in too deep in his own web of lies.
NATO Secretary-General Mark Rutte has pushed back against calls for Europe to break away militarily from the United States, arguing that Washington remains a dependable security partner despite growing doubts inside the EU.

Total success to the first college/university that pledges to be AI-free and brand it as an opportunity to receive a real education.
My employer, Dartmouth College, today boasts it's 1st Ivy "to launch AI at an institutional scale." It is doing this by partnering--"more than a collaboration"--with Anthropic, a company that stole the books of many faculty, me included, which many of us are suing.
