Too bad the article is behind a pay all, but the title says a lot. We don’t talk enough about mental health challenges in academia and most institutions don’t seem to have resources in places to support students and postdocs going through difficult times

New publication! We mapped the global genetic diversity of marine forests of brown macroalgae. Using genetic data, machine learning & past climate projections (LGM, ~20k yrs ago), we identify hotspots of diversity that shape resilience & conservation priorities. 🌍 🌊
