Dumping on this scale was not just predictable, but predicted. It's the direct result of:
a. 15 years of austerity
b. Reining in and defunding the regulators at the behest of lobbyists.
But it makes you wonder: were the Tories lobbied by professional crime syndicates? Otherwise, why the hell ...?

Hi Phil, it’s madness isn’t it 🙄 It is likely that a gully pot in Richmond goes to sewer anyway, so the coffee is irrelevant 🤷🏼♀️ But the untreated highway runoff is toxic and is the responsibility of the Council, so perhaps they’d like to put their own house in order before they pick on other people 👍🏻

Absolute insanity that these dangers still persist in Wales. More often than not these tips are perched precariously, looming over our most deprived communities, just biding time before slipping through the streets.
They were very lucky this wasn’t a lot worse. Next time they may not be so lucky.
